Sign Up Here for SI's Class of '69 Reunion


We have three ways to sign up for the reunion:
  1. Fax
  2. E-Mail
  3. US Mail

Fax and E-Mail require credit card information. Checks can be sent via regular mail. Choose whichever method works best for you. Alternately, if we have your address on record, you can wait for the official invitation which you should receive in early September.
Reunion Registration Instructions

Note: The registration form is provided in 2 formats; a PDF document (Acrobat Reader required), and an RTF format. The RTF format should work on any word processing program, such as MS Word, Works, Star Office, or almost any other program. The advantage of the RTF format is that you can then edit the document before you print it. If you are emailing this document, replace any selected checkbox with a capital "X" to indicate your chosen selection.


  • Fax: To fax the registration, download and print either of the 2 forms below (they are identical.) Then fill out the information requested and fax it to 415 731-9408. Make sure you print clearly on the form. If you download the RTF version of the form, you can fill it out in your word processor program and then print it.

  • Email: Download the RTF version of the form, then open it in any word processor. When done filling it out, send it to SI's Genny Poggetti at gpoggetti@siprep.org. Don't forget to save and attach the document! Warning: Email is not the safest way to send credit card information!

  • Regular Mail: Download either file and print it out, or, if you downloaded the RTF version, edit it and then print it out. Mail it to the address shown on the form. This method allows you to either use a credit card or send a check.
  • Sorry, SI is not yet set up for PayPal payments, but they are planning on doing this soon...maybe for our 45th.

Note: If you check the box on the form labeled "Do not publish contact info on website", then your email and phone number will not be added to the class list webpage. Addresses are never published.

Note: This registration is for the actual reunion and golf tournament only. If you want to spend one or two nights at the Marines Memorial, you will have to call them for reservations at 800 562-7463.

You will know you are really signed up when the class list page shows you as attending! However, this could take several days depending upon how soon/often the webmaster gets the information. As of 9/15 there is no info to publish.
